Cowboy casserole is basically baked beans with chopped green pepper, onion, and hamburger. I cook the hamburger in a skillet. Add chopped onion and green pepper. Add to baked bean mixture. Mine has brown sugar and chili powder etc in it. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Brown the hamburger, sauté the green peppers and onion, mix in seasoning and baked beans. Transfer to a casserole dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
