Boneless chicken breasts
Eggs (whipped with fork for coating)
Italian bread crumbs
1 - part Marsala cooking wine to 3 parts butter.
Garlic powder
Sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Dip Chicken in eggs then in bread crumbs - coat both sides of chicken breast.
Cook (fry) in skillet with wine, butter and garlic powder until done on one side then turn and cook other side until done - keep hot in oven.
Dip mushrooms in egg then bread crumbs and fry in same skillet.
Cover chicken with mushrooms and serve.

Option: Add provolone cheese slices on chicken before adding mushrooms.
