2 lbs. ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1 large spaghetti sauce
3 tbsp.Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg lasagna noodles, oven ready
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 pkg. pepperoni, sliced
2 or 3 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion. Drain. Add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Pour Spaghetti sauce into beef mixture. Simmer about 5 minutes.
In mixing bowl stir together cream cheese, sour cream and eggs.
In baking dish put small amount of beef mixture.
Layer noodles, cream cheese mixture, beef mixture, cheese then pepperonis.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350, covered for 25 minutes, then 10 minutes uncovered.
