1 lb. ground beef
2 T taco seasoning
1/2 c water
15 oz. jar Tostitos Salsa Con Queso
1 can cream of potato soup
1 1/4 c sour cream
1 1/4 c beef broth
1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 can fire roasted chilies
3 c frozen corn
1 can black beans
1/4 c chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and drain fat
Add taco seasoning and water on medium heat for 2 minutes.
In large pot add con queso, soup, sour cream and both broths.
Whisk to combine, switch to wooden spoon and stir in chilies, corn, cilantro, beans and beef.
Bring to a simmer and serve.
Or keep on low for 30 to 60 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips
(multigrain Tostitos Scoops were yummy!
