1 1/2 cup uncooked elbow Macaroni
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Flour
1 cup Milk
1 1/2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender.
Drain macaroni and return to pot.
Melt butter in pan and add flour.
Cook over low heat for about 2 minutes stirring constantly to make a roux.
Gradually add in a milk, whisking until smooth.
Cook for about 2 minutes, whisking constantly until you reach desired consistency.
Add in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until the melted and smooth.
Add drained macaroni to sauce and stir until coated.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
**You may serve it from the pot OR you can put it in a baking dish and top with extra cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 10 min, or until cheese is melted. **
