2 cups raw peanuts
1 cup sugar
1 cup white Karo syrup
pinch salt
heaping tsp. soda
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanuts, sugar, Karo and salt in heavy pan. Cook until peanuts quit popping and mixture begins to turn brown. Remove from heat.
Add soda, butter and vanilla. Stir good.
Pour onto well buttered cookie sheet.
Let cool then break into pieces.
Store in air tight container.
