1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. ice water
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; beat just enough to make smooth. Roll your desired frying food into flour mixture. Fry. Place on wire rack; let stand for 20 minutes, dip and roll again in flour mixture. Fry until golden brown. For thicker batter, decrease water.
