1/2 medium head red cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 cup finely minced white onion
2 Fuji apples, peeled, cored and finely diced
1 cup mayo
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp sugar
2 Tbl lemon juice
2 Tbl milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, toss the cabbage, apple, and onion.
In a small bowl, whisk the mayo salt, pepper, sugar, lemon juice and milk.
Pour over the cabbage. Toss to coat.
Chill before serving
