2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
⅔ cup shortening
5-7 tlbs ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt. Add shortening until it resembles course crumbs. Add water until it is just moist to form a ball (more water if needed, a little at a time). Shape dough into two balls and roll into pie crust. Makes 2 crusts
