Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar

Filling:
1 sm. pkg. dates
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, add melted butter; divide mixture in half. Press one half into baking dish and cover with filling.

Cook filling ingredients until thick. Pour mixture into baking dish and then top with remaining flour and oat mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
