Ingredients:  
1 cup long grain white rice.
1 cup yellow squash, quartered and thinly sliced
1/3 cup bell pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed on package except sprinkle squash and bell pepper over rice after 5 minutes of cooking. Cover and continue to cook for rest of cooking time or until water is absorbed and vegetables are tender.
Stir and serve.
