4 lbs. pork shoulder ribs
1 large onion, sliced
¼ tsp. granulated garlic
2 cups bottled barbecue sauce
(I use Sweet Baby Ray’s it is gluten free)

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in a sprayed 9x12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic. Place sliced
onion on top of ribs. Seal pan very tightly with heavy foil(do not add any water or
liquid). Bake at 350° for 1 hour, remove from oven and turn ribs, reseal with foil.
Bake for 1 hour more. Remove from oven and take off foil and drain. Should be fall
apart tender. Baste one side of ribs with sauce, return to oven and bake 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, turn ribs over and baste other side and return to oven for another
15 minutes. Serves 4.
