8 oz. Chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 3/4 cup water
1 3/4 cup chicken broth
1 or 2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 cup frozen corn
1 cup mild salsa
1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese with jalapenos

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, water, broth, chili powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer covered for 8 minutes. Add corn cook 5 minutes uncovered. Stir in salsa, heat through.
Sprinkle each serving with cheese.

Serve with tortilla chips or corn bread.
