12 slices day old bread (cube)
1/2 lb. bacon (fried and broke into pieces)
1/2 lb. sausage (fried and chopped)
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. of shredded cheddar cheese

Fry bacon and sausage and put on paper towels to drain

Using a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with oil, sprinkle sausage in bottom of pan. Cube bread and place over sausage mixture. Crumble bacon over bread.

Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a mixer until well mixed. Pour over bread and meat. Top with 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until mixtures is set in the middle.
