1 tbsp. olive oil
4 chicken breast halves
1 3/4 cup (15.5 oz.) Contadina Pasta Ready Chunky Tomatoes with olive oil, garlic and spices.
4 slices Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, add chicken, Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown, drain.
Pour tomatoes and juice over chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook covered for 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is tender.
Cut cheese slices diagonally. Place over chicken and tomatoes. Cover, cook for 1 to 2 minutes to melt cheese.

Serve over Rice Pilaf.
