2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup shortening
7/8 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening until fine.
Add milk, stir with fork.
Roll out on flour.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
