1 whole chicken
2 cups of diced celery
1 medium onion diced
2 cups of mushrooms (optional)
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 16-oz bag Extra Wide Egg Noodles (boiled)
2 cups chicken broth
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the chicken approx 30-40 minutes, I use 4-5 chicken breasts if I do not want to use dark meat.
Cool and remove meat from bones and/or cut the breasts into bite size pieces.

Saute Onion and Celery in 1 Tbsp of butter.

Boil the noodles.

Combine all ingredients into roaster and bake for 1 hour at 350-degrees.
