2 Cornish Hens, halved
1 stick butter, melted
1½ c. dry white wine
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 ½ tsps. tarragon
Salt and pepper to taste.
Paprika for dusting.

Directions:
Directions:
Place chickens in shallow baking dish. In bowl, combine butter, wine, minced garlic, tarragon, and salt and pepper. Marinate chicken in mixture for 3 hours or overnight (overnight is best). Place in oven and dust with paprika. Bake at 350º for 1½ hours, basting every 20 minutes.
