3 sweet potatoes, peeled and boiled
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. water
Dash of cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cooked sweet potatoes and arrange in buttered casserole dish. Set aside
In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and water.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg.
Pour hot syrup over potatoes and bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, basting occasionally.
