Ingredients:  
1 - 2 pounds of carrots
4 Tbsp of butter
4 Tbsp of Liquid Honey
3 Tbsp of packed Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp of Mamatsu Red Pepper Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1) Peel and slice carrots.
2) Steam carrots until tender. Set aside.
3) In a saucepan, combine butter, honey, brown sugar and red pepper sauce
4) Bring to a boil.
5) Add carrots, mix well and heat for 2 minutes
6) Serve immediately
