Ingredients:  
1-1/2 lbs fillet mignon, cut in 1/2" cubes
1 pkg McCormick's stew mix
some flour & oil
3 C water
4 C cubed potatoes
1 C carrots, cut
1 C mushrooms, small, or sliced
2 C frozen peas
3/4 C onions, chopped
1/2 C celery, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Roll meat in flour and brown in oil (about 3 T) in large pot. Add water & pkg of stew mix. Cover and cook 1 hour. Add all veggies. Cook another hour, covered.
