8 Medium Potatoes Baked
2 cup shredded Cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter
1 can of tuna or 1 cup of cubed ham
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut baked potatoes in half long ways and gently scoop out the inside of the potato. Mix ingredients with the potato insides you scooped out and then place by the spoonful back into the potato halves. Sprinkle with some extra cheese and bake at 400 until the cheese is melted and crispy,
