8 oz . cream cheese
8 oz . feta cheese or cottage cheese
4 tbsp unsalted butter (1/2 stick), softened
3 scallions , including stalk, finely chopped
2 tsp Hungarian sweet Paprika , more or less to taste
1/4 tsp salt , more or less to taste
1 heaping Tbl sour cream
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp caraway seeds

1.Bring cream cheese, feta, and butter to room temperature. Place in a bowl along with the remaining ingredients; blend well. Chill for 3 to 4 hours for flavors to blend well. serve.
2. Garnish with extra scallions and serve alongside an assortment of crackers, French baguette, pumpernickel, or rye bread.
