2 TBSP cooking oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
4 to 5 six inch zucchini, unpeeled and sliced
1˝ Cups kernel corn
7˝ oz tomato sauce
4 oz can chopped green chilies
˝ tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
˝ Cup Monterey Jack cheese

Heat cooking oil in large frying pan. Add onion & garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes.

Add zucchini and corn. Stir and cook for 3 or 4 minutes until tender.

Add next 5 ingredients. Heat until bubbling. Pour into bowl.

Sprinkle with cheese.
