1 1/2 Cup Self Rising Cornmeal
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sweet Milk
1 16 ounce can cream style corn

1/3 lb grated sharp cheese
1 large onion
1/2 mango
2 Red hot peppers or 1 large one

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients and pour half of the mixture in a greased skillet.

Mix next four ingredients and pour into skillet.

Top with remaining cornmeal mixture

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
