Ingredients:
Chilli, warm
Shredded Cheese
Flour Tortilla Shells (Taco size)
Fixings (Sour Cream, Salsa, etc.)
Frying Oil

Directions:
Cover bottom of large pan with frying oil. Heat over medium-high heat. When a drop of water sizzles in
the oil, it’s ready. Lay a tortilla shell out, place a scoop of chili (you have to play around here about what
the right amount actually is; too much and it won’t stay closed, too little and life is a sad burrito) in the
center, and a sprinkle of cheese on top. Fold into a rectangle by folding the top and bottom into the
middle, then the right and left sides into the middle. Place the folded side down in the oil first. Fry until
golden brown, then flip and fry until golden.
These fried packages of gold are a crowd-pleaser, and a great (perhaps less healthy) way to use leftover
chili.
