Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Pork Loin Roast (I buy them from Winco for $20 and cut them into three or four portions to freeze)
Seasonings (I use a mixture of garlic powder, onion powder, seasoning salt, salt, pepper, and a no-salt
seasoning mix from Costco. Sometimes Iíll do rosemary and thyme. Essentially, if it smells good
together, Iíll add it)

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in the bottom of crockpot (I usually do fat side-down, but I donít know if that is wrong or
something). Sprinkle seasonings over top of the roast. You can add carrots and potatoes or onions at this
point, too, if you like. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. If itís frozen it will take longer
than thawed. I love it when you can just pull it apart, but if you take it out before that stage you can slice
it to serve. I usually make chicken gravy to pour over the top and itís wonderful! And so easy! ( See the sauces section for a simple homemade gravy, flavoured as you please.)
