Roasted Sausage and Veggies Recipe

1 Hillshire Farms Smoked Sausage (or Kielbasa, whichever is your favorite flavor)
4 medium potatoes, chopped to bite size
Ĺ bag of baby carrots, chopped in half
About 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix chopped potatoes and carrots in a mixing bowl. Pour olive oil over
veggies and mix. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste over the veggies. I donít think it needs

salt because of the sausage. Add sausage and stir. Pour over a baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes,
depending on the size of your veggies, until potatoes are soft.
I love this recipe because itís fairly versatile. Feel free to experiment with different veggies and other
spices. My husband requests this almost weekly.
