Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 frozen hamburger patty per packet ( or homemade patties. Recipe in the Main course: Beef section)
1 small potato, chopped to bite-sized pieces per packet
A handful of baby carrots, cut in half per packet
A bit of chopped onions, if you like
Garlic Powder (or seasoned salt) to taste
S & P to taste
(Any other spices you like)
Aluminum Foil for baking

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take two large rectangular pieces of tin foil. Lay them down so they make
a cross shape. Place chopped potatoes, carrots, and onions into the center of the tin foil. Season to your
liking. Place hamburger patty on top. Season to your liking. Wrap foil over dinner and crimp ends so
there won’t be any leaks. Repeat for however many packets you’re making.
Line the bottom of your oven if you want extra protection from leaks. Bake foil packets at 350 degrees
for about 45 minutes. Check the largest packet to check if the patty is cooked and the potatoes and
carrots are soft.
Delicious camping food made in the kitchen. Win-win! Some people like to add cream of mushroom
soup to their dinners, but I like it plain.
