2 to 3 Cups macaroni
3 Cups aged cheddar cheese; grated
¾ Cup Parmesan cheese
2 Cups mozzarella cheese
½ to ¾ Cup of milk
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 F

Grease a large casserole dish or a lasagna pan.

Bring a large pot of water to boil with added salt and oil. Add the macaroni and cook for seven to eight minutes or until macaroni is cooked but still firm. Drain.

Pour cooked macaroni into buttered dish, add two cups cheddar cheese, parmesan and mozzarella. Stir to combine. Add pepper & salt to taste and add milk. Sprinkle last cup of cheddar cheese on top.

Bake for ½ hour or 45 minutes or until all Cheese is melted and bubbling.

Remove from oven and enjoy.
