Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package Taco Seasoning
4-6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (depending on how much you want)
1 16 oz jar Salsa (I use mild)

Directions:
Directions:
Dump all ingredients into the crockpot, stir if you like. No water needed. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or
on low for 5-6 hours. You might need extra time depending on your crockpot. Mine is a super-cooker
and always cooks things way faster than recipes call for. When done, chicken should shred easily with a
fork. Serve with your favorite taco fixings!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I love love love this recipe! I had grown disenchanted with classic ground beef tacos, but chicken made
me fall in love with tacos again. You can freeze leftovers, or make something new with them, like
enchiladas, nachos, tostadas, quesadillas, taco soup, or crunchwraps. Gwen eats the chicken like it’s
candy!
