1 C cucumbers, cubed
1 C tomato, cubed

Sauce:
1/4 C olive oil mayonnaise
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dill (fresh if you have)
1/2 tsp onion powder ( I use chopped red onion)
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Place cucumbers and tomatoes in a medium bowl. In a small bowl whisk together sauce ingredients until mixed thoroughly. Pour over cucumbers and tomatoes. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
