Pumpkin Pie Recipe

1 tsp. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (16oz) can pumpkin
cups sugar
tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
tsp. ground ginger
tsp. cloves
1 (12oz) can evaporate milk

Pre-heat oven 425
(1) 9" inch prepared pie crust
Mix in a large bowl, pumpkin, sugar, salt, ground cinnamon and ground ginger, cloves and evaporated milk, slightly beaten eggs and flour. Mix all ingredients well, and pour into a 9" prepared pie crust

Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
If needed bake an extra 5 mins. cover the edge of crust with a strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning.
