10 ml (1/3 oz) Laphroaig 10 year old Scotch Whiskey
10 ml (1/3 oz) Cruz del Mar Cream sherry
20 ml (2/3 oz) Orange Marmalade
20 ml (2/3 oz) Lemon Juice
5 ml (1/6 oz) Orgeat
Splash of egg white
