4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients with wire whisk. Add wet ingredients and beat well with spoon...no need for mixer! Pour into greased floured, 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350º fro 25-30 minutes.

THE Mayonnaise Cake! This has been a family favorite for generations! I won a blue ribbon for it at the Ross County Fair - it was frosted with the fluffy cream frosting but is also good with cream cheese frosting or even chocolate frosting. Just a great cake!
