3 sausage , cooked and sliced
1 lb (16-20 ) raw shrimp
1 lb red potatoes, quartered
2 pieces corn cut in chunks
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 lemon juiced
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
2 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp each salt and pepper

Mix all together and split in to 4 servings. Place each in thick foil-seal well. Cook 15-20 minutes until taters soft and shrimp firm.
