Mrs. Grass soup mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tbs butter
1/2 cp. flour
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare soup; set aside.
Bring milk, salt, sugar, butter to a boil; add flour to make thick dough.

Stir until dough leaves the sides of pan.
Add egg, mix well with a fork.

Drop by teaspoonful into hot soup.
Cover for 10 minutes on simmer.
