1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 C. milk
1 (10 oz) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen broccoli, thawed, drained and cut into 1" pieces. OR 2 1/2 C. fresh broccoli, cooked
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese or pepper jack cheese
1 can (2.8 oz) French Fried onions
6 Carb Balance whole wheat flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and milk. Set aside. Combine tuna, broccoli, ½ cup cheese, ½ can french fried onions. Stir in ¾ c. of soup mixture. Divide tuna mixture evenly between the tortillas, roll up place seam side down in lightly greased 9x13" baking dish. Stir tomato into remaining soup, and pour over top of tortilla's.

Bake covered, at 350º for 35 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions over tortillas and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.

* I feel this needs a little more sauce, may add sour cream or mayonnaise to the mushroom soup mixture)
