4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup veg. oil
1 (15oz) can pumpkin (2-cups)
2 cups flour (plain)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
¾ tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Frosting;
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
⅓ cup margarine or butter (softened)
1 Tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Pre-heat oven 350º

Grease a 15 x 10-inch pan,
In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.
Add sugar, oil, and pumpkin; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt, and cinnamon; beat 1 minutes
at low speed. Pour into prepared pan.
And bake for 25 to 30 minutes. or
until an inserted toothpick comes out clean; cool.

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, margarine milk, and vanilla until fluffy. Add powdered sugar
blend until smooth. Spread frosting over cooled bars. (sprinkle pecans over frosting) optional
Cut into bars
