Coconut Pies Recipe

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 stick of margarine
1 can evaporate milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 cup coconut
2 pie crust

Pre-heat oven 325

Blend sugar, eggs, margarine, and milk in a blender until well blended (2-3-min.)
add flavor
place cup coconut in each pie shell, Pour mixture into each pie shells (dividing between each pie shells)

bake for 35 min. or with a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
