1 loaf challah bread (or other bread)
6 eggs
1-2 cups whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread into 1/2-1 inch slices. Mix eggs, milk, brown sugar and vanilla. Soak bread in the mixture for 3-4 minutes. Apply butter to a skillet over medium heat and cook each slice 2-4 minutes per side (or until golden brown). Top with maple syrup or fresh fruit.
