6 lb chuck roast
2 lb lean hamburger
1 medium onion
1 stick of celery
Salt
Pepper
1 small/medium bottle ketchup
1 small/medium bottle of barbeque sauce (usually use Open Pit or KC Masterpiece)

Directions:
Directions:
Please everything in a large roasting pan.
Cover with water.
Place cover on the pan and bake for 6-7 hours.

Take out the bones (if you have any) and break up the meat about 1/2 hour before it's done.
Return to over for the last 1/2 hour - 45 minutes.

Serve on buns.
