Filling:

3 peppers (cut in half)
1 t. salt
4 c. thick bread crumbs
½ c. grated cheese
1 garlic clove
2 T. oil

Sauce:

1 garlic olive
2 T. oil
1 can tomato sauce
¼ c. water
½ t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl.
Prepare and cook sauce in a pot.
Add the sauce to the filling.
Cut peppers in half and clean them. Sprinkle salt in each half pepper.
Fill peppers with the prepared filling and cook in an oblong pan with oil for 30 min to 1 hr at 350 º F. Do not cover.
