Ricotta Balls:

2 containers of ricotta with salt
2 tbsp romano cheese
1/2 clove garlic
parsley
2 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs

Sauce:

oil and onion
2 cans of tomatoes
oregano and salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and roll into balls.

Fry oil and onion. Add cans of tomatoes, oregano and salt. When sauce boils put the ricotta balls in the sauce.

Cook for 15 minutes.
