4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
3 Tbsps butter
5 Tbsps milk
Dash of salt
tsp vanilla
2 cups (+ or -) sifted powdered sugar

Combine chocolate, butter and milk in top of double boiler.
Cook over hot water until chocolate and butter melt.
Mix well to blend, then add salt and vanilla and mix.
Remove from heat.
Stir in enough powdered sugar tp give the mixture spreading consistency.
Spread quickly or brownies or cake.
