2 10 oz pkgs frozen broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 10 oz condensed cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. crushed crackers or plain bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray or butter a 13 x 9 baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, mayonnaise, cheese, soup and eggs. Mix well, place mixture in baking dish. Top with crushed crackers or bread crumbs, pour melted butter over top. Bake for 35 minutes or until browned.
