1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

2 beaten eggs
cup sugar
12 ounces cottage cheese
1 Tbsp flour
cup milk
1 lemon juiced
tsp grated lemon rind
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Mash cottage cheese to break it up
Beat eggs, then add sugar and cottage cheese.
Stir in flour, milk, lemon juice and grated rind.

Pour mixture into pie shell, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
