1 lb. ground chicken
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
1/4 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
pepper
1 tsp. Italian blend herbs
Sauce and toppings of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Combine chicken, cheeses, and spices.
Line your pizza pan or cookie sheet with parchment paper sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the ground chicken mixture onto the pan. Then place parchment paper or plastic wrap on top of chicken. Evenly press the mixture into the pan. Remove parchment.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden.
Place whatever sauce, cheese, and toppings you want on the crust and put into oven for additional 10 minutes.
