3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 t. vanilla
1/4 t. almond extract
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. cream of tartar
1/2 t. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
With electric mixer, mix sugar, margarine or butter, egg, vanilla and almond extract. With spoon, mix flour, soda and cream of tartar. With electric mixer, beat both together. Refrigerate until next day. Roll out (with rollig pin) dough on floured counter. Cut into shapes. Bake 375º for 7-8 minutes. Frost if desired.
