2 jars store bought spaghetti sauce
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 onion
1 zucchini
2 cups spinach
1 cup diced broccoli
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. ground beef or turkey (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dice all vegetables. Sauté everything except for spinach until fork tender.

Add optional beef or turkey and cook until no longer pink.

Add spaghetti sauce, spinach and seasoning, simmer for 20 minutes.

The great thing about this recipe is that it is so versatile. The veggies and amount that you add is up to you and what you have on hand. This is a very chunky sauce and can be used with pasta, spiralized zucchini, spaghetti squash... the possibilities are endless! This recipe makes a lot of sauce so we freeze the leftovers.
